YESMAN™ Global Terms and Conditions

Welcome to YESMAN™ Global! These Terms and Conditions govern all orders and services provided by YESMAN™ Global within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders & Quotations
1.1 All products are custom-made and produced on demand based on the specifications agreed upon in the quotation.
1.2 Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices and availability may be subject to change.
1.3 Orders will proceed to production only after written confirmation and full or partial payment, as specified in the agreed terms.

2. Payment Terms 2.1 All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD) via the approved payment methods.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before production begins.
2.3 Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

3. Production & Lead Times
3.1 Production begins only after final approval of designs and payment confirmation.
3.2 Standard production time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, but timelines may vary depending on order complexity and volume.
3.3 YESMAN™ Global is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain disruptions or carrier delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping costs will be outlined in the final invoice and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
4.2 YESMAN™ Global is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
4.3 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5.2 Any claims for defective or incorrect products must be made within 30 days of receipt.
5.3 Approved refund or replacement requests will be processed at YESMAN™’ Global discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Rights
6.1 Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use all logos, images, or designs submitted for customization.
6.2 YESMAN™ Global reserves the right to refuse production of any design that violates copyright, trademark laws, or contains inappropriate content.
6.3 All custom design files created by YESMAN™ Global remain the property of YESMAN™ Global unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
7.1 YESMAN™ Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
7.2 We do our best to ensure color accuracy, but minor variations may occur due to different screen displays and production processes.

8. Amendments
8.1 YESMAN™ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
9.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of State of Florida, USA.
